tis true…im having a dilemma with designs for my wedding invitations. ive got possibly 3 different kinds of invitations and could very possibly make one of them into a program…

a couple weeks ago he had told me his grandma had found a ring and he showed me. and it fit. it was a gold ring with diamonds and his birthstone. but that wasnt my ring.
then the week of massac he told me that the ring i had liked was really from dublin ireland! and that he was looking at the address. well i wasnt thinking of the box…cause the address is on the site.
during massac while we were talking around and shopping he had said something about how rings are expensive and that he had already bought me a ring. i wasnt paying much attention and when he repeated it it didnt even register my ring!
so yesterday while i was sitting on his bed i was on the phone with my mom and he was in and out of the room. when he came back i got off and he said i bet i know something that would make you feel alot better.

i open the box after thinking it was the ring his grandma found but it was MY RING!!!
i started crying and hes like try it on.
i told him to put it on my finger and he did and he asked me to marry him!!
i started crying and said yes. it was the happiest ive ever been!! :)
i miss you. and i need you so please come back home. cause its not the same without you. ill buy the twizzlers and the monster and rent a couple crappy movies and finish the night with tonic and lime and HU. please randiiii I MISS YOU!!!

this past weekend was the big event up in Kohkohmah Indiana. it was a pretty big event. more for the reenactors than the public but hey we like this kinda thing anyway… :)
a friend of meagans got a hold of my camera sunday and went crazy taking pictures of me and cole. but im not complaining :]
my friend geoff got promoted to Sgt Major. and Larry who was the previous sgt major retired and moved to doing the cannons again.
Max got promoted to “imperial leader” of the seven years war organization on top of his recent promotion to commander of the french.
and cant forget T the horse. hes being retired to now pull the cannons instead of working calvary.
cole is not normally in the uniform of a soldier but as a native. i talked him into going as a soldier this weekend…and now its hard to choose which i like better. lol he had to learn all the drills so that he could participate in battles and in colors with the rest of the soldiers.

well hes definitely getting fluffy thats for sure. his little tale is starting to get bushier.
hes getting longer too. and jumping and running around. hes sitting up while feeding or just to sit up.
he wasnt too happy with me when i took this picture. but the cutest thing he did earlier when he was sitting up in my hand he grabbed my fingers and pulled them closer to him like a blanket. it was adorable. then he grabbed his tail and pulled that up to his chest, closed his eyes and was sleeping.
he likes to hold the dropper. its too cute to not take a picture of.

thats right yesterday afternoon mr freddy cheeks opened his eyes for the first time!
now hes walking and talking and looking around the world…
hes even cuter than he was before!
and away he goes!!!
so i got bored tonight and thought hmmm ill take freddy and record him sleeping. it is by far too cute! he twitches and chatters…shakes and falls over… but hes not cold hes just in a deep sleep. guess thats the life of a squirrel
and he ran away from me…naaah hes just tiredd

well little freddy cheeks is starting to really make a fuss! talking in his sleep and twitching like crazy!! but i must admit it is very cute! i think ill have to end up taping it. because the squeaking and the cute sneezes are getting a tid be more adorable each time lol.
hes really starting to nibble on things more too. likes licking and nibblin on peoples fingers and even this cute little carrot treat mom and dad got him… guess its time to start taking more and more pictures of this little guy lol
his belly is sure getting bigger too…i know im sure i have said that already but its all cute and hes getting bigger over night it seems!
well our little squirrel is quickly growing more and more as the days progress… started out barely able to take down one dropper of formula. and hes now up to 8 in one sitting!!
his head has changed shapes now…his upper teeth are now overlapping the bottoms and his nose has gotten longer. i think the head has gotten wider too.
his belly isnt so pink anymore so that means hes getting closer and closer to fully furred.
his ears are standing up now instead of pressed against his head.
a better belly shot. before you could also see his ribs but not anymore since hes most definitely eating! his belly is still full in this picture so hes having trouble curing up as usual
better face shot. you can see his upper jaw has come out more. hes even starting to nibble and suck on everyone. he licked me today and then started to chew on my thumb.

well the good news is mr cheeks is eating more. everyone is taking turns with feeding him and holding him. he keeps nudging his way into every ones space…quite literally. but its the cutest thing i say. :]

other good news I'm getting more hours at work…
but not so much good news that i now seriously have no social life 
outside of sitting on my bottom on the computer.
i really do miss the little things when they are gone :(
sometimes i wish i could go back to high school just to see my friends. then turn around and go out to lunch every half day like we used to do.
other times i wish i could just move out and make a social life for myself. all depends on where i can get a job i guess…but i know where i would go to. :]
sometimes i wish my days off were a bit more like i pictured they would be… wish i could be snuggled with the one i love and forget about having to work…
